Warranty Policy
1-Year Limited Warranty
What is covered: Mister Meow warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. If a defect arises, we will, at our option: (1) repair the product at no charge using new or refurbished parts, or (2) replace the product with a new or equivalent unit.
What is NOT covered (The "Common Sense" Rules): To keep our prices fair, this warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Accidents & Abuse: Dropping the unit, physical impacts, or cracks.

Water Damage: Submerging the electronic base/components in water or improper cleaning (please read the manual!).

Unauthorized Repair: Modifications or repairs attempted by anyone other than [Brand Name] support.

Consumables: Normal wear and tear of parts designed to diminish over time (unless failure occurred due to a defect).
How to get service: Simply email us at support@mistermeow.store. No need to ship the unit back to China! We are US-based. Please provide your Order ID and a photo/video of the issue.
