Shipping Policy

We currently ship orders across the continental United States (48 states + Washington D.C.). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Shipping Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination but usually takes 3–7 business days for most U.S. locations.

Non-Continental U.S. and Territories
For orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and other U.S. territories, additional shipping fees may apply. These rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and carrier rates.

Carriers
We primarily use USPS and UPS for deliveries. Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.

Local Delivery (Stockton, CA area)
We offer free local delivery within a 20-mile radius of Stockton, California (ZIP 95210). Local deliveries are usually made within 2 business days. You’ll be contacted by email or phone to schedule a convenient time.

Order Processing & Tracking
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@mistermeow.store so we can assist with a replacement or claim with the carrier.
