Refund policy
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, with all accessories and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return shipping & fees
If the item is not defective and the error is not on our side, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
If we provide a prepaid return label, its cost will be deducted from your refund.
A restocking fee of up to 10% may be deducted from the refund amount if the returned item shows signs of use, damage, or missing packaging or accessories.
Non-returnable items (for hygiene and safety reasons)
– Used litter boxes or items showing any signs of use
– Opened consumables, liners, or cleaning supplies
– Gift cards
– All Bundles and Outlet items
Damages and issues
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours at support@mistermeow.store including clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange for a different item, please follow the return process above.
Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement product.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
