What happens if my Wi-Fi goes down?
Your cat still eats. The feeding schedule is stored locally on the device. Even if your internet disconnects, the feeder will continue to dispense food exactly on time. You just won't get push notifications until you're back online
Is it hard to install?
No tools required for smooth surfaces.
The mounting plate has an industrial-strength adhesive back. Just peel and stick it to glass, tile, or metal.
For painted walls or drywall, we recommend using the 2 screws (included) to reinforce the plate. The feeder simply slides onto the mount and stays secure for daily use.
What if the power goes out?
We've got you covered. Mister Meow has a dual power supply system. It runs on USB-C, but automatically switches to the backup battery* (3x AAA) if the power fails. No reset required. *Batteries not included
Is it easy to clean?
Yes. The stainless steel bowl and the food hopper are completely detachable. You can wash them in the sink or put them in the dishwasher to keep your pet's food fresh and hygienic.
